There are a large number of tourism, event and hospitality courses and internships offered by various tourism providers and the tourism industry recognises the value of offering students traineeship / internship places and work experience.
The tourism, event and hospitality industry is one of the largest industry groups in Australia. It offers training and careers in a wide range of sectors from travel to accommodation, transport, attractions, restaurants and visitor services.
You can study at TAFE, universities and at private colleges. You can also undertake an apprenticeship or an internship and get on the job work experience. A wide variety of courses and programs are offered throughout New South Wales.
