The Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE) is Australia’s largest annual travel and tourism business-to-business event. It provides a forum for Australian tourism businesses to show their products, make overseas contacts and negotiate deals. International industry counterparts get an opportunity to meet and greet and see the products and destinations they will be selling to their market.
ATE 2015 will be held in Melbourne from 21-25 June 2015.

NSW Familiarisation Program
Destination NSW is seeking expressions of interest from export ready tourism businesses to participate in the ATE 2015 NSW Familiarisation Program.
An export ready tourism business is one that:
- Actively targets international visitors
- Has engaged third party distributors such as inbound tour operators, wholesalers, online travel agents and retailers to sell their product
- Has factored appropriate commissions into their rate structure.
Regional NSW tourism businesses should contact their Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO) to express interest in participating in the ATE 2015 NSW Familiarisation Program. Destination NSW will work closely with the RTO to coordinate itineraries for their areas.
Sydney tourism businesses can submit their interest by completing our EOI form by Friday 19 September 2014.
