About the program

Registrations are open for Digital Skills Future Ready: Series 2 webinars.

The fully funded Digital Skills Future Ready initiative includes eight webinars and limited places for a one-hour coaching session for eligible visitor economy businesses. 

Businesses can sign up for any number of these webinars. Those that have attended a Digital Skills Future Ready webinar live can also apply for a free coaching session to assist them to further build their digital skills. Selection criteria applies.

Digital Skills Future Ready is delivered in partnership between Destination NSW and Tourism Tribe, as part of the NSW First Program.

Objective

The webinar series and coaching sessions will support businesses from across Sydney and NSW to upskill in the areas of digital marketing, AI and tourism technology.

Selection criteria

The webinar series is suitable for:

  • Visitor economy businesses operating in NSW, including accommodation, tours and activities, restaurants and visitor attractions including wineries, distilleries, breweries and farm gates
  • Visitor Information Centre staff member
  • Council staff member
  • Destination Network staff member 

Coaching places will open for registration at the conclusion of the live webinar on 10 February, places are limited.

To be eligible for coaching you must:

  • Have attended one or more of the Digital Skills Future Ready webinars live
  • Be an Australian registered business with applicable taxes paid in Australia
  • Be a NSW-based tourism supplier (e.g., accommodation, attraction, tour/activity provider, or tourism transport)
  • Have a business website and an active ATDW listing under the tour, attraction, accommodation or hire categories

Businesses who have a place in the Digital Skills Foundations initiative will not be eligible for coaching.

Destination NSW reserves the right to allocate coaching sessions based on location, experience type and business readiness. A waitlist may be implemented should eligible applications exceed the available places.

Terms and conditions

  • Applicant businesses agree to have their details shared between Destination NSW, Digital Coaching International Pty Ltd trading as Tourism Tribe and the Destination Networks.
  • Applications for Webinar Series 2 Coaching will open on Tuesday 10 February 2026 and close 5pm (AEDT) on Friday 27 February 2026.
  • Applicants must register for the webinars using the email address they intend to use for any coaching. 
  • Applicants that do not provide all required information will not be considered for a one-hour coaching session.
  • Applicants that do not book their coaching session by Wednesday 11 March 2026 will forfeit their place to a waitlisted business (if any).

Applicants must also agree to the Terms and Conditions of Tourism Tribe, including but not limited to:

Program data

  • Data collected in the delivery of your program could be shared with Destination NSW who has contracted Tourism Tribe to deliver the program on their behalf.

Coaching

  • Applications for coaching must be made using the link provided by Destination NSW.
  • Successful applicants will receive an email from Tourism Tribe with instructions on how to book the coaching sessions
  • Rescheduling: A coaching session may be rescheduled two times and after that it will be deemed forfeited. Rescheduling must be done using the Calendly link. If a session must be rescheduled, at least 24 hours notice needs to be given or else it will be deemed forfeited.
  • Coaching sessions need to be completed prior to 30 June 2026.
