Destination NSW is celebrating a double win at the 2025 Golden Target Awards, which recognise communication excellence across agency, corporate, government, education and not-for-profit sectors.
Now in its 49th year, the Golden Target Awards is Australia's longest-running communication and PR awards program, hosted by Communication and Public Relations Australia (CPRA)
Destination NSW won Bronze in the Influencer Campaign category for its Feel New in Sydney ‘Icons of Culture’ activation, while the Destination NSW PR, Influencers and Visiting Media team won Bronze in the Government Team of the Year category.
Congratulations also to Vivid Sydney 2025’s official charity partner Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation on its Brand, Marketing & Communications team winning Silver in the Not-For-Profit Team of the Year category and Bronze in the Not-For-Profit Campaign category for the Sydney Sick Kids Appeal.
CPRA CEO Louise Harland-Cox said: “We saw strong representation from not-for-profits, government and corporate teams alongside agencies, all delivering work that makes a tangible impact on people’s lives.
“It’s a powerful demonstration of how communication continues to drive trust, connection and change.”
