The NSW Government is seeking expressions of interest from Aboriginal and regional NSW food and beverage businesses to co-exhibit at Fine Food Australia.
Fine Food Australia is the largest trade event in Australia for the food service, hospitality and food retail industries.
Taking place at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 31 August to 3 September 2026, the event is expected to attract more than 26,000 trade visitors from over 50 countries, providing a powerful opportunity to connect with buyers, distributors and industry leaders from around the world.
The NSW Government will host a Flavours of NSW zone at the event, a premium showcase celebrating the diversity and innovation of the state’s producers.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to exhibit within a high-profile, government-supported showcase; connect with thousands of national and international buyers; be featured in a curated display of regional excellence; and build valuable networks across the global food and beverage sector.
Up to 15 businesses will be selected through a competitive EOI process to attend Fine Food Australia with the NSW Government.
