The NSW Government has launched a new campaign to promote the Sydney Culture Walk – a free, self-guided experience that explores the city’s public art, history, architecture and culture.

The Sydney Culture Walk provides an opportunity for locals and visitors to discover the city's cultural institutions on foot as a connected experience.

Highlights on the 9.15km walk include wandering past beautiful gardens and historic parks, taking in iconic architecture and visiting world-renowned institutions that celebrate art, history and science.

Transport for NSW’s Walks Near Me map can be used to follow the Sydney Culture Walk itinerary.

The starting point for the walk is the NSW Government's Culture Station, opposite Wharf 5.

The Culture Station helps visitors and locals to uncover the city’s best exhibitions, events, venues and more, and move seamlessly from public transport hubs to museums, art galleries and cultural precincts.

Open seven days a week, it provides information on opening hours, ticketing for exhibits, cultural events and institutions, festivals.
