Destination NSW today confirmed that the World No. 3 ranked golfer, Rory McIlroy has been secured to compete at the Australian Open, to be held at Royal Sydney Golf Club, 28 November – 1 December, 2013.
Destination NSW CEO, Sandra Chipchase, said “I’m delighted to confirm that World No.3 and 2012 PGA Champion, Rory McIlroy, of Northern Ireland, will play exclusively in Sydney at the 2013 Emirates Australian Open.”
