The winners of the Western Sydney Tourism Awards 2025 were announced on 5 September at Liverpool Catholic Club.
Hosted by Western Sydney Tourism Taskforce NSW Inc, the event brought together the region's visitor economy stakeholders for a night of celebration, recognition and cultural pride.
The evening commenced with a video message by Premier Chris Minns, followed by opening remarks from Minister for Jobs and Tourism Steve Kamper and Liverpool City Council Mayor Ned Mannoun.
Destination NSW CEO Karen Jones joined Minister Kamper in presenting key awards, including Best Campaign, Hotel of the Year, Conference Business of the Year, and Best Tourism Business of the Year.
Chair of the Western Sydney Tourism Taskforce Fazila Farhad said: “Following the success of our inaugural event last year, we are thrilled by the overwhelming response to this year’s awards.
"These awards not only celebrate excellence in tourism but also honour the vibrant, diverse, and ever-evolving spirit of Western Sydney.
"With the Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) opening next year, we welcome the NSW Government and Destination NSW’s focus on Western Sydney as a destination in the 2035 Visitor Economy Strategy.
"Our mission is to position Western Sydney as a premier local and international destination, showcasing our members, stakeholders, and local businesses to drive economic growth across the region.”
