Destination NSW has partnered with Tourism Tribe to provide free access to two digital skills initiatives.
Tourism Tribe is a peer-to-peer community of visitor economy operators, industry and digital experts that work together in a supported learning environment.
It helps businesses stay up-to-date with transformative technology and the business opportunities it creates.
Applications are now open for the Digital Foundations course, which offers digital health checks, ATDW assessments, two hours of one-to-one coaching, group coaching sessions and access to an online digital learning library.
The initiative will build the core digital capability of NSW accommodation and experience providers, enabling them to better engage potential visitors online.

The second initiative under the partnership is Digital Future, an eight-part webinar series including topics on AI in tourism.
Participating businesses can also access a one-hour coaching session to extend their digital confidence and capabilities of participating businesses.
Digital Futures will commence in August 2025. Dates and details for Digital Future webinars will be released soon.
Digital Foundations and the Digital Future webinars are part of the NSW First Program, delivered by Destination NSW to assist businesses to develop, promote and sell great visitor experiences.
